ZUGFeRD/Factur-X Excel Addin (32bit/64bit)
This addin provides a ribbon button [Create ZUGFeRD PDF] that streamlines the ZUGFeRD invoice creation. It uses field values of the data table connected to populate variables of the template into the required factur-x.xml. The add-in then creates ZUGFeRD PDF files by processing records from the data source that contains invoice field values.
Excel supports data sources from various databases or directly from other Excel worksheets.

Create the ZUGFeRD PDF invoice by populating the factur-x.xml using the the selected table records from the connected data source in Excel directly.

The template factur-x.xml, which is a template xml containing data field name (using the same template system by zx command).
This template assumes the seller data is fixed and filled directly the template xml.
Items and the buyer data are described as variables to be resolved in the xml file.

Use the ribbon button [Create ZUGFeRD PDF] to automate the workflow from starting Word mailing merge mode, merge the invoice fields in the template Word document, using these field values to instantiate data items or variables referenced in the template xml file for generating the factur-x.xml, and create ZUGFeRD PDF files by iterating all records from the data source containing the invoice details.

When converting by the ZUGFeRD addin ribbon button, it will load the invoice data from the data source specified to dynamically generate the factur-x.xml and embed it to the invoice PDF.
